Familien har her brugt de bedste partier af chardonnay fra sine Chouilly-parceller og blandet dem for at afspejle den utrolige blødhed af vinene fra denne landsby. Den afslører en let cremet første slurk, rig midt i ganen og frisk og vedvarende finish, signaturen på en enestående Côte des Blancs. Aromaerne intensiveres i glasset med noter af kaprifolier, citrus og pære understøttet af fremragende energi og en aromatisk profil.

James Suckling – Score 94: “Intense aromas of crushed stones, cooked apples and lemon rind. Full-bodied, very layered and rich, yet tightly framed, with beautiful fruit and a hint of croissant at the end. Complex. Disgorged June 2022. Based on 2018 vintage. Dosage 6.5g/L. Drink now.”

Jeb Dunnuck – Score 92: “This release of the NV Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut is from the 2017 base vintage and has 7.6 grams per liter dosage. Pale straw in color, it offers fresh orchard fruits with green apple, ripe peach, and white flowers, and the palate is ripe but cleans up nicely with lime blossom and delicate salinity. It has clarity and focus and is a very charming and classic Champagne. Drink 2022-2032.“
